Tienken and Case Hardware

Description:
Interior view of Tienken and Case Hardware located on the West side of Main Street between Third and Fourth Streets. Stoves and other goods on the left, glass cases and shelves on the right with two men behind. After acquiring this business from his uncle, Harvey J. Taylor, in 1899, Charles Wallace Case formed a partnership with William Tienken and they ran the hardware store together until 1915, when Tienken opened a heating a plumbing business. It is unclear if this picture was taken inside the C.W. Case Hardware building or inside the William Tienken building, or if it was previous to Tienken's involvement in the business.
