Russell House Thanksgiving dinner menu, dated November 28, 1901, consisting of two sheets of cardboard bound with twine. A hand-painted image of a pilgrim holding a pumpkin, walking with a Turkey against a snowy background is on the cover. A program of pieces to be performed by the Russell House Orchestra, as well as the menu itself are contained within. A hand-painted image of a pig's head on a plate, surrounded by a wreath containing ears of corn is on the back cover of the menu.
