Description:
A float for the 1969 Rochester Centennial Parade, possibly for the Queen and runners-up of the centennial celebrations. The bottom of the float reads Rochester Centennial Sept. 7-14" and has the Rochester City Seal. The city seal features four symbols: A castle, representing Rochester's mother city of Rochester, England; an Oak Leaf for Oakland Township, a hammer for industry and a torch for education.
