Huelga!

Description:
Michigan State University Librarian Diana Rivera delivers a talk entitled, "Huelga!: Latino Labor and Poster Art." Rivera displays and describes the extensive collection of poster art from the MSU Libraries' Cesar Chavez Collection which she curates. Rivera also talks about symbolism used in the posters, the use of Chavez's image, the artists who created the posters, and how the collection is being preserved and digitized by MSU Libraries' staff. Rivera is introduced by MSU Professor John P. Beck.
