Pedestrians are visible walking the thoroughfare as well as waiting on the neighboring sidewalk. Automobiles are also parked along the adjacent avenue. Neighboring the thoroughfare are many commercial structures including the, "Goebel Building; American Paint and Glass; The Paint Shop; and the Imperial Tea Company. The Pontchartrain Hotel is visible in the right side of the image. Written on the verso, "Cadillac Square, south side, first block from Woodward, looking east, 1910."
