Base or Body Sherd?; Pottery; Glaze; Clay (unfired)
- Notes:
- Small irregularly shaped sherd. Fragment is broadly curved, with small broken lip extending toward interior, on one edge. Whiteish clay with polished exterior and black glaze decoration. Decoration consists of twelve parallel thin lines, motifs (ray) on edge. Sherd probably represents part of a ray base and lower body edge. Sherd probably represents part of a ray base and lower body of a Corinthian vessel. Random chipping on the edge.
