The specifications (Job 246, Set No. 2) are bound in a booklet that has two brass fasteners at the top. The cover is made of heavy tan paper and includes handwritten text for the title. Printed text beneath the title shows the name, "J. Lawson Miller, Architect." The cover interior and outside back cover have printed advertisements for many contractors, tradesmen, and building materials suppliers.
