Description:
An unidentified MAC military cadet. Military training had occurred on campus from early times, and was formalized with the establishment of the Department of Military Science in the 1884-1885 school year. It was the precursor to the S. A. T. C. (Student Army Training Corps), which became the R. O. T. C. (Reserve Officers Training Corps).
