Description:
Black and white photograph taken overlooking work to convert building "B" of the Ford River Rouge Factory Complex from manufacture of Eagle Boats to that of automobiles. The strip at the center of the photo, in one of the outer aisles of the building, has been mostly filled with dirt, with regularly spaced divots left in it. The adjacent strips visible in the background on the right, are still being filled in. A worker driving a tractor pulls a trailer carrying wooden boxes, one of which is being handled by another worker. "26784-5-27-19," is printed in the lower right corner of the recto, and "3C-3," is handwritten on the verso. The photo is mounted on a linen backing.
