Notes:
Glaze has unusually metallic luster. The underside of the bowl within the base ring and the inside of the base ring are reserved and washed red. At center of interior is head of Selene (?) (frontal) surrounded by five palmettes, radially arranged and connected by arcs of circles. Said to be from Cumae.; Gazda: Bowl. Clay. South Italian (Campana A?) Black Gloss.
