- Check, printed by the Calvert Lithographing Company, from the office of Parker, Holmes, and Company--successors to Mowry and Company--for the amount of $35.25 to the Second National Bank, dated June 6, 1874. The check is to charge to account of John Whitely of Lansing Michigan. The corner of the check is printed with an advertisement for Parker, Holmes, and Company's Nerve Chewing Tobacco, depicting a sailor who has climbed up a flag pole to nail a banner bearing the product's name.

The center of the check is printed with a yellow 2 cent stamp from the United States Internal Revenue Service. An "X" has been punched through the center. The verso is signed, and stamped by the Third National Bank, and cashier R.H. Perkins, Jr.

- Mounted Russell House dinner menu, printed by the Calvert Lithographing Company, dated December 29, 1871. The menu was half-folded but has been mounted flat. On the left panel are an American flag, and an inverted St. Andrew's flag, emerged from the interlocked letters "S.A.L.E." beneath the word "Welcome." The dinner menu is listed on the right panel. The menu is mounted on red cardboard.

- Sealed D.M Ferry and Company envelope addressed to Mr. W.H. Greenell of Pierpont Manor, New York. The envelope is printed with a Calvert Lithograph Company engraving of the D.M. Ferry and Company Seed Warehouse above a logo which reads, "D.M. Ferry & Co. Seed Merchants, Growers & Importers, Detroit, Mich." The envelope is postmarked Detroit, February 3, 1886, and bears a two cent brown George Washington stamp. A Pierrepont Manor, New York, February 4, 1886 postmark is on the verso.

It also tells of improvements made to the style of "our 5 cent papers," which are lithographed. The letter is printed on company letterhead, listing executives.
