On the left panel are an American flag, and an inverted St. Andrew's flag, emerged from the interlocked letters "S.A.L.E." beneath the word "Welcome." The dinner menu is listed on the right panel. The menu is mounted on red cardboard.

- Half-folded menu from a dinner for the graduating class of the University of Michigan's Department of Medicine tendered by Parke, Davis and Company at the Russell House on Wednesday, June 10, 1903. The menu consists of two half-folded sheets of beige paper, one glued inside the other. A program of musical selections to be performed by the Russell House Orchestra led by L. Alberti is contained within beside the menu of dinner courses. The hotel's crest is printed on the back cover.

The card is printed on beige paper, with an image of the hotel's crest beside a small half-tone head-and-shoulders portrait photo of D.W.H. Moreland flanked by a color illustration of a man and woman standing beside opposite ends of a horse-drawn carriage, providing the face of the postcard. The menu is printed in green below. An engraving of a man wearing a tall hat, seated beneath a tree with a steaming plate is on the cover beside a banner with the hotel's crest and the German phrase, "Esset und trinket was ihr habt, und denkt was ihr wolt," (Eat drink what you have, and consider what you want). At the bottom of the page within, the menu suggests running productions at nearby theatres, "Lyceum Theater - 'Friends.' Temple Theater - High Class Vaudeville." The page also includes the note, "Done in the Russell House Print Shop, Tuesday, June 20, 1905."

Within one page serves as a program for the night's performance by the Russell House Orchestra under the direction of H. Jacobson. The other page lists meal options, as well as a list suggesting "Amusements Tonight." Mary Mannering is listed as performing at the Detroit Opera House. Miss Eugene Blair is at the Lyceum Theatre.
