He is dressed in a dark-colored suit jacket with tails and pants with a light-colored dress shirt and bow tie. "McMichael, 212 Woodward Ave, Detroit," is printed on the lower right corner of the card. "Brother Charlie Feb 14, 1902," is handwritten on the verso.

The cast of the play "Honeymoon," including Sullivan as the lead, is printed on the verso, as well as "Dancing until 1-30," and "Music by Prof. Finney's Full Band."
