- A portrait of members of the Everett family. Lansing's Everett High School was named for this family. Roswell Everett was an early settler whose 1841 home on West Miller Road still stands. Seated in front row: Elmer, Cyrus, Henry, Ransom. Standing in back row: Cynthia, Sarah, Elizabeth, Kate, and Phoebe. On back of photograph: "Four sons and one daughter of Roswell Everett. Original from Dr. Richard Halik."

- Several unidentified men and a horse and buggy in front of a wood-frame building with the name H. P. French across the awning, possibly in Charlotte, Mich. According to the 1907-1908 Michigan State Gazetteer and Business Directory, an H. P. French operated a "Coin Controlled Machine Company" in Charlotte. The same H. P. French was likely the operator of Waverly Park near Lansing in about 1912.

Armidas Alphonse "Claude" Lauzun, the factory manager in the 1920s, is at far right; all others are unidentified. The photograph was donated to the Lansing Public Library by Claude Lauzun's daughter, Dr. Virginia Lauzun-Stoney.
