- Program pamphlet for a birthday celebration honoring jazz musician, Eddie Calhoun, at Douglas Dunes Resort on November 12-13-14, 1993. The program includes Eddie Calhoun's biography outlining his upbringing, career in music and the Chicago music scene, and semi-retirement in Baldwin/ Idlewild, Michigan. The program also includes daily itineraries for the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday musical events in celebration of his life and career. In addition, it includes a "Meet the Musicians" section with biographies for the musicians joinging in on the celebration and accompanying photographs.

- Black and white photograph of a group of adults and children taking a ride across the Kalamazoo River on the Saugatuck Chain Ferry. The children are happily looking over the railing to see how the ferry works and small homes can be see in the background. The handwriting on the back of the photograph reads: "Old 6 Line Ferry." Underneath that description, there is the phrase "4" high" written upside down and in the middle there is a lopsided letter B.

- Volume ninety-six and issue thirty-six of the community newspaper, The Commercial Record, serving Saugatuck-Douglas since 1869. This issue is dated September 3, 1964 and has a series of different stories, sports news, changes in labor day weekend for schools, local politics, as well as local news of a death and Ox-Bow's 54th season. A spread which includes advertisements for the Blue Tempo, as well as news that the lounge plans to have a jazz festival. The advertisement features the different names which are performing at the festival.

- Series of four postcards highlighting some of the prominent recreation spaces in Saugatuck, Michigan. The postcard at the top features tennis courts next to a flower garden, while the two postcards found in the middle feature a dock overlooking the Kalamazoo River and the interior of the Big Pavilion dance hall. Saugatuck's main street is the subject of the postcard located at the bottom of series and it illustrates a quiet intersection in the center of town. Circa 1955.

- Black and white photograph of the Coral Gables Ballroom located along the waterfront in downtown Saugatuck, Michigan. The ballroom is full of dining tables covered in white tablecloth and features an amazing shoreline view of where the Kalamazoo River meets Lake Kalamazoo.
