Several additional blocks can be seen to the north across Michigan Avenue, particularly the Bank of Lansing at 103 North Washington Avenue and the Tussing building at 106 West Ottawa Street. Of note on the west side of South Washington Avenue are Cunningham's Drugs at 100, Holly Lansing Grill at 104, and Baker Shoes at 106 South Washington Avenue. The north side of East Washtenaw is also seen in the background: Ellison Book Shop at 101, Pacific Finance Loans at 107, American Laundry at 111 and Hal Clark tailor at 121 East Washtenaw Street.
