Color postcard depicting the entrance to Riverview Park on Jefferson Avenue, with a large windmill in the background. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked July 2, 1923. Instead of a stamp the postcard is stamped with a mark indicating that the postcard was mailed from the Camp Custer Citizens Training Camp. "Pub. by United News Co. Detroit, Mich." is printed on the left edge of the verso.

The stamp is canceled with an ink stamp indicating that the postcard was sent from the Citizens Training Camp at Camp Custer.
