Restored car has solid engine compartment door, vs. louvered door of original, and is missing original fittings such as side lights & the one affixed to the center of the front springs, and the dos-a-dos seat originally mounted on the rear deck. Photo shows Goodrich brand tires. This is the car given to Lehigh University.

Inscribed on photo back: Packard 3-35, third series twin-six (produced 8/1919-6/1923, oft called fourth series), 12-cylinder, 90-horsepower, 136-inch wheelbase, 6-person special Victoria by Fleetwood, David Lloyd George visit to New York, N.Y., Oct. 6th 1923, passing Battery Park, note folding forward upper portion of windshield, fenders, narrow body as it connects with apex of rear fender which when considering the obvious presence of forward-facing auxiliary seats, suggest a 6-person body, folded top is Victoria type, wire wheels, bumper bar.
