The title block in the lower right corner shows that the drawing was prepared by the "American Ship Building Co." at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot and is dated November 17, 1922. The drawing number is shown as "No. 10."

- One blueprint drawing entitled "Double Set Officer's Qrs." The drawing (Sheet No. 1) shows front and side elevation views of a 3-story, duplex style house (Building Nos. 102, 103, and 104) which was intended for officer's quarters at Fort Wayne. A typical cross-section view of the wall is shown on the upper left side of the sheet which indicates the ceiling heights and floor thicknesses on each level including a basement. The title block in the lower right corner is partially cut off, but shows "Q.M.G.O. [Quarter Master General Office], Dec., 1896," and indicates a drawing scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot. Black ink stamps and handwritten text in the lower left and upper right corners show "P.E. File Nr. 6000."

- One blueprint drawing entitled "Motor Construction - Transverse Sections 325-335." The drawing (sheet 2 of 4) shows two full-size transverse section views of a Packard V-style engine. Although many part numbers are shown across the drawing, there does not appear to be an indication of the engine model or type (V8, V12, marine, or automotive). The title block in the lower right corner of the sheet shows that the plan was prepared by the "Packard Motor Car Company, Detroit, Michigan," and includes six approval dates from February 1, 1917, to March 1, 1917. A revision box in the upper right corner shows a most recent revision date of September 10, 1917.

The drawing shows a profile view of the left side of the proposed automobile and shows interior and exterior details including the body, frame, wheels, engine, steering and suspension, and seats. Handwritten red pencil text near the center lower edge shows a vertical dimension (floor to ground) of 20" and a horizontal dimension that indicates a 110" wheelbase.
