The issue contains news of interest to grocers including a meeting of the Detroit Grocer's Association, legislation requiring the inspection of beef and milk for tuberculosis, and trade with Canada. Numerous advertisements, primarily for grocers and dry goods, are also contained within. The issue is bound in a green paper cover with engravings of the interiors of a grocery store and a butcher shop printed in the masthead.

- Hardcover book, bound in a black cover printed with "Standard No. 354 Diary 1915 in gold, intended as a daily diary for the year 1915, used by Martin Cooney, the Superintendent of Horses for the Detroit Fire Department to record the reception, delivery, purchase, sale, injury, illness, and death of the department's horses. "Chief Martin Cooney, Supt. of Horses DFD," is handwritten on the front free endpaper.
