- Liberty Bell-shaped thread-bound menu and program booklet from the Griswold House, dated Monday, July 4, 1904. The menu lists musical selections and dances to be performed as well as meal options. Several of the things listed are themed around the holiday including Bunker Hill Punch, Philadelphia Squab, Independence Pudding, Columbia Sauce, Liberty Bells, Old Glory Ice Cream, and American Cheese.

- Menu from the Hotel Imperial dated February 21, 1924, consisted of a half-folded sheet of paper held into a white cardstock cover with yellow cord. A half-tone image of the exterior of the hotel at 26 Peterboro Street is printed on the cover. In addition to the mea options, a brief and very general passage extolling the architecture of the building is also included.

- Dinner menu from the Russell House consisting of a page of off-white paper glue within a half-folded grey cover. An engraving of a man wearing a tall hat, seated beneath a tree with a steaming plate is on the cover beside a banner with the hotel's crest and the German phrase, "Esset und trinket was ihr habt, und denkt was ihr wolt," (Eat drink what you have, and consider what you want). At the bottom of the page within, the menu suggests running productions at nearby theatres, "Lyceum Theater - 'Friends.' Temple Theater - High Class Vaudeville." The page also includes the note, "Done in the Russell House Print Shop, Tuesday, June 20, 1905."

- Description:
- Menu for the Sixteenth Annual banquet of the Michigan Commandery Military Order of the Loyal Legion of the United States, held on Thursday May 3, 1900 at the Russell House. The menu consists of three leafs of half-folded beige paper bound between a half-folded cardstock cover with striped red, white, and blue ribbon. An engraving of a soldier sounding a bugle as the sun rises over a military encampment is on the cover, beside the a red, blue and gold, embossed image of a Military Order of the Loyal Legion of the United States membership medal. In addition to meal options, the menu contains a program of pieces to be performed by the Russell House Orchestra under the direction of Professor Van Amburgh, a series of toasts, and the Roll of Officers for 1899-1900. The hotel's crest is embossed in gold and green on the back cover.

- Mounted Russell House dinner menu, printed by the Calvert Lithographing Company, dated December 29, 1871. The menu was half-folded but has been mounted flat. On the left panel are an American flag, and an inverted St. Andrew's flag, emerged from the interlocked letters "S.A.L.E." beneath the word "Welcome." The dinner menu is listed on the right panel. The menu is mounted on red cardboard.

The menu consists of two half-folded sheets of beige paper, one glued inside the other. A program of musical selections to be performed by the Russell House Orchestra led by L. Alberti is contained within beside the menu of dinner courses. The hotel's crest is printed on the back cover.
