- Color postcard depicting City Hall and the Majestic Building with a view down Fort Street from Campus Martius. Printed on verso: City Hall and Majestic Building. The business center of Detroit is the Campus Martius, situated at the converging of Lafayette, Monroe, Michigan and Woodward Avenues. It was reserved as a breathing spot in the "Governor and Judges" plan adopted for the city in its early history and has been beautified by a fountain donated by Mrs. Thomas W. Palmer. On it fronts the City Hall, Majestic Building, Detroit and Temple theatres and other prominent factors in the city life. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked 1910.

- Postcard. Color postcard entitled "Campus Martius, Detroit, Mich." The elevated view looks northward along Woodward Avenue with the Old City Hall and Majestic Building on the left side of the image and Campus Martius and the Soldiers and Sailors Monument to the right. Pedestrians, streetcars, and several horse-drawn carriages are also visible. The Detroit Opera House and Wonderland Vaudeville can be seen in the right background. The number, "228," is printed near the lower right corner of the image. Printed text on the verso shows "Made in Germany. A. C. Besselman & Co., New York." The date of the postcard is based upon the postmark date.

Here are located the Temple, Family, Columbia Royale and National Theatres; also any number of Nickel Shows.
