- Nazi propaganda leaflet prepared by the local NSDAP Gauleiter and Reichsverteidigungskommissar to the German citizens of Western Germany in order to notify them of their responsibilities to the party. With the Allies approaching quickly it tells the citizens that it is still their duty to remain loyal to party and to Hitler until the very end. This includes all males from the age of 15 to 60.

The front of the book has many pages filled with stamps to indicate that the laborer had paid their dues. It instructs the members that everyone was responsible for reading, "Der Angriff," "Völkischer Beobachter," "Arbeitertum," and "Der Aufbau."
