- This house belonged to the Eclectic or 'Tic Society, a literary society at Michigan Agricultural College. It was located at the southwest corner of Oakhill and Evergreen streets in East Lansing.

- Built in 1869, burned in a fire in 1919, and was replaced in 1937. Named for the first president of the university Joseph R. Williams.
