- Print containing six engravings, taken from the booklet, Souvenir of Detroit & Exposition, depicting locations in Detroit, spread across two leafs. A large image of City Hall is in the center, as viewed from Campus Martius, facing southwest. The McGraw Building behind it is partially visible. Michigan Central Station, identified here as the "M.C.R.R. Union Depot, on the southwest corner of Third Street and West Woodbridge Street is at the upper left in a rectangular frame. Below it, is the Michigan Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument in Campus Martius, and the side of the Russell House in the background, framed in a circle. At the upper right, is another rectangular panel, this one depicting the pumping station and tower in Water Works Park. A circle bearing the image of a five story building with a dome-shaped tower, labeled "Y.M.C.A. Building Detroit." "Copyrighted 1887 by Ward Bros. Columbus O." printed in lower right corner.

- Color postcard depicting City Hall and the Majestic Building with a view down Fort Street from Campus Martius. Printed on verso: City Hall and Majestic Building. The business center of Detroit is the Campus Martius, situated at the converging of Lafayette, Monroe, Michigan and Woodward Avenues. It was reserved as a breathing spot in the "Governor and Judges" plan adopted for the city in its early history and has been beautified by a fountain donated by Mrs. Thomas W. Palmer. On it fronts the City Hall, Majestic Building, Detroit and Temple theatres and other prominent factors in the city life. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked 1910.

- Invitation to the formal opening and dedication of City Hall on July 4, 1871. The invitation is printed on yellow paper with a check pattern watermark. It reads: Detroit, June, 1871 Dear Sir: You are respectfully invited to the City of Detroit, as the guest of its Citizens, on the Fourth of July. In addition to appropriate ceremonies in celebration of the day, the occasion as been selected for the Formal Opening and Dedication of our new City Hall. It is desirable to have your letter of acceptable as early as the 15th inst., in order that time may be afforded for sending you the necessary tickets. Respectfully, etc., Wm. W. Wheaton, Mayor, C.C. - Color postcard depicting Campus Martius, facing west. In view are the Hammond Building, Bagley Memorial Fountain, City Hall, and Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument. Printed on verso: The Detroit City Hall in which are located the administrative offices of the city, was erected in 1869. It is a handsome and substantial stone structure, situated on Woodward Avenue, between Fort street and Lafayette Avenue, occupying an entire block. The city spent $50,000 remodeling the interior in 1906. To the left is shown Fort street, west one of the leading business thoroughfares and which connects the heart of the city with the immense manufacturing establishments in Delray and other down-river industries. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked 1912.
