A second floor has been constructed along the sides of the building, while the central aisle remains open. Three sets of railroad tracks run through the central aisle, holding cars filled by a hopper at the level of the new second floor on the left, with gravel. - Black and white photograph taken overlooking work to convert building "B" of the Ford River Rouge Factory Complex from manufacture of Eagle Boats to that of automobiles. Workers fill in the strips along the center of the aisles where the tracks that supported the boat's carriages ran, so that they can be replaced with tracks for automotive assembly lines.
