A series of automobiles are parked on Woodward adjacent to the curb; a man can be seen working on the newly formed sidewalk in front of the addition. Signage for the Fourth Liberty Loan is affixed to the façade of the Hudson's building. Also, the Ferry Building is visible in the left foreground with flags displayed above the entryway. - Black and white photograph taken overlooking work to convert building "B" of the Ford River Rouge Factory Complex from manufacture of Eagle Boats to that of automobiles. The strip at the center of the photo, in one of the inner aisles of the building, has been mostly filled with dirt, and regularly spaced wooden forms holding concrete slabs with lengths of rebar sticking out. Piles of wood and dirt run along the length of the strip. Workers have climb ladders up to the trusses that run between the building's columns. A worker is at the controls of the overhead crane in the adjacent aisle on the right. "26787-5-27-19," is printed in the lower right corner of the recto, and "Laying assembly-line track in 'B' bldg (27 May 1918)," is handwritten on the verso. The photo is mounted on a linen backing.

- Pere Marquette Railroad contract number 569, made with the Wayne County Road Commission in which the Pere Marquette agrees to install a 700 foot long rail siding at a road crossing 2.2 miles south of Plymouth. The document consists of a form envelope, an unsigned carbon copy of a letter from the division engineer of the Pere Marquette dated June 24, 1915, and a blueprint of the site attached with brass fasteners to an agreement signed by Pere Marquette's general manager, Frank E. Alfred, division engineer J.E. Johnson, and superintendent A.R. Merrick, as well as Board of County Road Commissioners chairman Edward N. Hines.
