The publication features black, white, and bright yellow lettering. The left side of the pamphlet features a horizontal ad which reads: "December is Party Month. Backstreet, 15606 Joy Road, Detroit, 272-8959. 'After Hours' Every Saturday 'Til 5 A.M." The right side features an article entitled "Cruisin' the Bookstore" and a review of the book "Springwood" by Larry Parr. At the bottom of the page is an ad for a dance club called The Parsonage in Detroit.
