- A man seated at a desk, possibly one of the school's assistants. The room contains record storage boxes and the doorway to a vault is visible. In the 1925-1926 school year, the assistants at West Junior High were William Kinsman, C. S. Reason, and Archie Laycock. There were two boxes in this collection labeled "West Jr. High." West Junior High School was built between 1919 and 1920 in the 500 block of West Lenawee Street with further additions in 1922 and 1929.

- Children sitting on the floor in an activity room with a piano, a teeter-totter, and a fireplace. A banner hung by the fireplace reads "Thrift Honor Room." Each child has a white glass milk bottle with a straw. The teacher stands in back. The Logan Street School kindergarten teacher in the 1925-1926 school year was Alice Wolcott. The Logan Street School was located in the 900 block of South Logan Street.

- Children seated at desks while a teacher watches. There were 16 slides in a box labeled "Franklin-Larch." Nothing on the individual slides distinguishes which images were taken at which school. Franklin Avenue School was located at 1100 East Franklin Avenue (later Grand River Avenue). The Larch Street School was in the 100 block of North Larch Street.

- Children seated at desks doing writing work while a teacher watches. East Park School was built in 1916 to replace a two-room school on Lesher Place on the east side of what was then called East Park. The park's name changed to Oak Park in 1926, and the school name changed then to go along.
