- Both sides of Washington Avenue are seen in this photo taken on the sidewalk outside the National Peanut Corporation shop at 117 South Washington Avenue. Several additional blocks can be seen to the north across Michigan Avenue, particularly the Bank of Lansing at 103 North Washington Avenue and the Tussing building at 106 West Ottawa Street. Of note on the west side of South Washington Avenue are Cunningham's Drugs at 100, Holly Lansing Grill at 104, and Baker Shoes at 106 South Washington Avenue.
