- Written on reverse of card: "Michigan Ave., Lansing, Mich." Image appears to have been taken from the intersection of Michigan and Washington Avenues in downtown Lansing. Shows a horse at left foreground, a streetcar and buggies, several electricity poles along the street, and buildings along East Michigan Avenue looking east. A sign for Stahl's Hardware (213-215 North Washington Avenue) is visible on one of the buildings. - Three views. Photo a shows uniformed Knights marching on Washington Avenue, including a streetcar with a Washington sign on it. Photo b shows Knights marching in a cross formation, with a view south on the 200 block of South Washington Avenue; signs for the Hurd's Mens' Shop, Walk-Over Shoes, A. G. Sturgis Drugs, and many other businesses can be seen. Photo c shows more Knights marching north on the 200 block of South Washington Avenue.
