It shows an interior profile view of the hull and a plan view of the main deck of the proposed tugboat. The drawing was prepared by the Craig Ship Building Company of Toledo, Ohio. It is shown at a scale of 1/2 = 1 foot and is dated February 1, 1891. Handwritten text within a black ink stamp near the lower right corner shows "New Drawing No. Tol. 46-S9-0-2, Tube No. 1."

The drawing shows a port side interior profile view and also a main deck plan view of the proposed fireboat. Notes on each side of the title show, "Keel Laid, Oct. 11, 1892" and "Launched, May 15, 1893." A black ink stamp with handwritten text in the lower right corner shows "New Drawing No. Tol. 57-59-0-1, Tube No. 1." The plan was prepared by the Craig Shipbuilding Company of Toledo, Ohio.
