The view also shows the east side of South Washington Avenue for the next several blocks to Arbaugh's at 401-425 South Washington Avenue. City Planning Division staff annotated the photo with "SIGN STUDY South 200-300 EVEN (west side)". Photo appears damaged: dozens of small black circles appear over the area of the sidewalk.
