- This slightly yellowed paper envelope contained a 6-page letter and that was written by Dr. Theodore A. McGraw. The front of the envelope is entitled in handwriting to "The Progress of Surgery in the Nineteenth Century by Theodore A. McGraw, M.D."

- One report entitled "Report on Earnings, Operating Expenses, Service and Rate of Fare - Detroit United Railway." The softcover report has a medium brown cardboard cover with gold-colored text for the title. It contains 77 pages of black printed text on white paper which give discussions, statistics, and costs concerning various aspects of the railway operations. A summary is given at the beginning of the report and recommendations are given in the Appendix section. The report was prepared by Barclay Parsons & Klapp, Consulting Engineers, in April, 1918, for the Board of Street Railway Commissioners of the City of Detroit.

- One drawing of Fort Wayne. The drawing consists of black ink and pencil on heavy tan paper and shows a plan view of the walls as well as the gun platform layout of the fort. Gun platform numbers are indicated along with certain fort dimensions. A small inset drawing in the upper right corner area includes notes that show "Outline of Interior Crest of Old Work. Used in laying out work and making drawings; determined as accurately as practicable from measurements of the different fronts in April, 1863. J.J.L. [J. J. Lee]" and "Note. The bottom of new scarp was laid out 43 feet from & parallel with the old crest, except on faces of East Bastion, where it is 45' 3"."

- Cadillaqua Program. A staple-bound program entitled "Cadillaqua, Illustrated Review and Official Program" detailing the festivities surrounding Detroit's 211st birthday celebration in 1912, the Cadillaqua winter fete and carnival. Cover is aqua with embossed title atop Cadillac's coat of arms. Inside are a series of drawings and descriptions of parade floats from the Messmore Company as well as schedule of events spanning from Monday, July 22nd to Friday, July 26th.

- Moran, Fitzsimons and Company catalog, dated June 4, 1887, and numbered one. The catalog lists wholesale groceries sold by the company, accompanied by advertisements highlighting particular goods. The catalog is bound in a green paper cover with a message to buyers, an index of wares, and an index of advertisers printed on the front. The front cover also provides the company's address as 45, 47, and 49 Woodward Avenue, and 40 and 42 Griswold Street.
