- Letter typewritten on Harrison Granite Company stationary from the company to Frances A. Pingree, dated December 4, 1903, written to accompany an account statement four promissory notes on the remaining cost of the construction of her mausoleum. The letter instructs her to sign, and return the notes, and notes that they do on bear interest. The letter is signed by the company's president W.H. Harrison.

- One plan sheet entitled, "Cabin Plan for Strs. 59/60 for Ft. & P.M. [Flint & Pere Marquette] R.R." The drawing consists of black and red ink on linen and shows a plan view of the proposed cabin layout for the wooden-hulled, propeller-driven, passenger steamships. The plan was prepared at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot by Frank E. Kirby for the Detroit Dry Dock Company and is dated May, 1882. (Steamer numbers 59 and 60 were the Detroit Dry Dock hull numbers for the passenger steamships that were known as F.&P.M. No. 1 and F.&P.M. No. 2, respectively.)

- Description:
- One set of architectural drawings of a residential house. The drawings (Job 276) consist of brown and black ink on linen and shows a 3-story, residential house. Some brown pencil shading has also been added in order to highlight the architectural features. This drawing, shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot, was part of a set of nine sheets that were prepared by "J. Lawson Miller, Architect," for the "Roney Land Company." The house is located on Hawthorne Road near Lake Shore Boulevard.

- Universal Steamship Company consignee memo for an order from Valentin Blatz Brewing Company shipped from Milwaukee to the E.J. Dossin Company in Detroit, dated June 18, 1923. The document lists the shipment as 55 packages of malt syrup and hops. The document is stamped with note for cash on delivery, and a handwritten note below the stamp states it was received.

- One architectural drawing entitled "Addition to Hospital, Fort Wayne, Michigan. Major P. G. Wales, Surgeon, U.S. Army. March, 1907." The drawing consists of black ink on linen and shows a side elevation view of the proposed addition. The four-story building was to be constructed of brick and stone with wood trim and a slate roof. Building height dimensions are given at the right side of the drawing which is shown at a scale of 1 inch = 8 feet. Printed text in the lower right corner shows "Bldg. #209" and "P. E. File Nr. 4918."
