- One set of architectural "Specifications for the Grosse Pointe Shores Realty Co., for a Frame Subdivision Building Located on Private Claim No. 576, 1/3 Mile Past Vernier Road on Jefferson Ave., Grosse Pointe, Mich." The specifications (Job 244) are bound in a booklet that has two brass fasteners at the top. The cover is made of heavy off-white paper that has handwritten text for the title. Printed text beneath the title shows the name, "J. Lawson Miller, Successor to Falkinburg & Miller, Architect." The cover interior and outside back cover have printed advertisements for many contractors, tradesmen, and building materials suppliers. The booklet contains 32 pages of typewritten text that give brief descriptions of all of the materials and construction requirements for the project. An index is shown on the first page.

- One architectural drawing entitled "Front Elevation." The drawing (Job 244) consists of red and black ink on vellum paper and shows a front elevation view and wall cross-section detail for a proposed 1-story office building for the Grosse Pointe Shores Realty Company. Some blue, green, and yellow pencil shading has been added on the verso to highlight various architectural details. This drawing, shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot, was part of a set of six sheets that were prepared by "J. Lawson Miller, Architect."
