Continuing south, Silver Lead Paint at 229, Western Auto Supply at 225, Emery-Pratt office equipment at 223, Epicure Tea Shop at 221, MacLaughlin Music at 219, National China at 213, and Firestone Tires at 211. The block ends with the Tussing building at West Ottawa Street, home of the Palms Theatre at 209 and the College Drugstore at 201. Buildings seen to the south include the Bank of Lansing at 101 North Washington Avenue, Prudden building on South Washington and West Michigan Avenue, and the Michigan National Tower at West Allegan Street and South Capitol Avenue. - Two unidentified men in a pharmacy. Robert S. Kimmich is named on the photograph. The 1904 City Directory lists a pharmacy at 308 South Washington Avenue operated by Robert S. Kimmich and Alex Nesper. The Robertson's pharmacy named on the photo is also listed in the 1904 City Directory but at 308 East Franklin Avenue (later Grand River Avenue), operated by Eugene L. Robertson and his son Allyn B. Robertson. Original is damaged.
