- One map entitled "The Industrial Map of Detroit - Showing Its Manufacturing, Mercantile and Railroad Interests with Shipping Facilities." It has a copyright date of 1904 and was published by Silas Farmer & Co. of Detroit. The map is mostly printed in black text with black and grey line work on white paper that has been bonded to a canvas backing. Various colored lines are used to mark city boundaries, railroads, and rivers. An alphabetical listing of manufactories with location coordinates is shown across the bottom of the map. A red stamp on the verso at one of the lower corners shows "D. P. Dossin, 275 LaSalle Place, Grosse Pointe, Mich. 48236."

- Typewritten letter sent to Thomas E. Clark of the Electric Service and Appliance Company of 166 Randolph Street from T. Marshall, the general freight and passenger agent of the Lake Erie and Detroit River Railway on July 4, 1902. Marshall expresses that he was impressed with the demonstration of Clark's wireless telegraph during his recent visit to Clark's office. He is interested in testing the system with the Lake Erie and Detroit River Railway railroad car ferry SHENANGO. Marshall closes with his signature. The letter is printed on Lake Erie and Detroit River Railway, Traffic Department letterhead.

- Eight panel parallel folded Detroit and Port Huron Electric Fast Line time table and map. The recto includes times for interurban streetcars between Detroit and Port Huron, effective September 5, 1900, as well as times for cars between Detroit and Mt. Clemens aboard the Shore Line Interurban, and four panels of text describing the lines and its stops. The verso is printed with a color map expanding across all six panels, credited to the Calvert Lithographing Company, showing the routes of both lines as well as highlighting cities, hotels, and landmarks along both sides of Lake St. Clair, and the St. Clair River. Streetcar number 102, the "Miantonoman" is pictured in an insert in the map.

- Color postcard depicting people on the beach at Belle Isle, in the Detroit River and on a platform in the water. Printed on verso: Bathing Scene, Belle Isle. - Belle Isle is in the Detroit River, between Detroit and Windsor, Canada. The Island contains 702 acres and it entirely covered with one of the most beautiful parts in the United States, having some 21 miles of Macadam Roads; a magnificent Casino, Pavilions; Boat Houses, Aquarium, Horticultural Hall and Zoological Gardens. The Island was purchased by Detroit in 1879 and has since then expended $1,600,000 in beautifying it. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Sep 23, 1913.

- Dance card for the 1888 Detroit Charity Ball bearing an engraving done by the Calvert Lithograph Company of women in elegant dresses dropping dollar bills out of their window while a woman in a simple dress, holding a baby in front of a run-down building, and two children catch the money in separate vignettes. The card is number 846, and was issued to Katie Hendrie. A handwritten dance card is on the verso with dances promised to "Papa," W. Hunt, A.B.J., B. Duffield, J.W.H., and W.J.

- Handwritten letter from the Colored Citizens of Detroit sent to the family of Jacob Merritt Howard, upon the occasion of Howard's death to accompany a copy of resolutions adopted in memorial of the late senator (2013.048.672). The letter reads: To the family of the late Jacob M. Howard, at a meeting of the Colored Citizens of Detroit held in the Union League Rooms on the 5th of April 1871, the inclosed Pre-amble and Resolutions were unanimously adopted, and we as a Committee instructed to present them to you, The duty is a sad one, and we perform it, with that sorrow, that is born of our affection for one, who has always been our earnest and sincere friend. - Color postcard depicting people canoeing on a canal near a bridge on Belle Isle. Many people also stand on the bridge. Printed on verso: Bridge at Belle Isle, Detroit, Mich. This Scene represents one of the many pretty bridges on Belle Isle. The main sport is canoeing and when Band Concerts are in progress during the summer months, hundreds of canoes can be seen on the different canals. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Sep 21, 1912.
