The program's masthead features an engraving of a woman playing a lute within a heart-shaped frame that is supported by cherubs, credited to J.H. McKendrick, as well as a masthead listing Charles Widrig as the publisher, E.D. Stair as the manager, and "Brady and Stair" as the directors.
