- Laying the keystone to “Tech” high school, later known as George Davis Technical High School. Partial shot of building showing two entrances with fan-shaped stonework above. The keystone above the entrance on the right is suspended in its position by a wire attached to a hook. Two men stand on scaffolding in front of the stonework on either side of the keystone, and one man is standing beside the stone, leaning on it with one elbow. The man on the left of the keystone is in white shirtsleeves and white overalls, with a bow tie and dress hat. A group of well-dressed citizens is gathered, some playing band instruments, behind the stonework over the left entrance
