- One set of architectural drawings of a residential house. The drawings (Job 276) consist of brown and black ink on linen and shows a 3-story, residential house. Some brown pencil shading has also been added in order to highlight the architectural features. This drawing, shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot, was part of a set of nine sheets that were prepared by "J. Lawson Miller, Architect," for the "Roney Land Company." The house is located on Hawthorne Road near Lake Shore Boulevard.

- One architectural drawing entitled "Front Elevation of Residence to Be Erected on Center Ave., Bay City, Mich., by Mr. George Kolb." The drawing (Job 256) consists of red and black ink on linen and shows a view of the front of a proposed 3-story home. This drawing, shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot, was part of a set of nine sheets that were prepared by "J. Lawson Miller, Architect." Some blue, green, and yellow pencil shading has been added on the verso to highlight various architectural details. The house is located on the north side of Center Avenue just west of Trumbull Street.

- Small sepia-toned photographic print captioned on verso as "Van Dyke Ave. looking north, April 25th, 1918." An early automobile is parked to the right, and several more are visible in the distance. Two and three-story homes are on either side of the street. Several pedestrians walk along the sidewalk in the distance. The trees are still bare.

- Black and white photographic print, taken of another photo depicting a woman in a long dark dress and hat walking along the sidewalk aside a man in a suit and hat in front of a row of two-story, wood-sided houses on Washington Boulevard. A larger building on the left edge of the frame has a partially visible sign which reads, "Furniture and Draperies." "Old houses on Washington Ave. (1898)" handwritten on verso.

The drawing (Job 261) consists of black ink on linen and shows a front elevation view and wall cross-section detail for a proposed 2-story house. This drawing, shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot, was part of a set of nine sheets that were prepared by "J. Lawson Miller, Architect," for "Mr. H. P. Minsel, Owner, Detroit, Michigan." Some blue, green, and yellow pencil shading has been added on the verso to highlight various architectural details. A black ink stamp in the upper right corner shows "Plans Examined and Approved, Jul. 14, 1915. Department of Buildings, City of Detroit, By H. C. Slater." The house was located at the southeast corner of Euclid and Third Avenues in Detroit.

Positive is washed out, and lacks details visible in the print negative.
