- Black and white panoramic group portrait of members of the Detroit Curling Club posed on the ice along the shore of Lake St. Clair in Grosse Pointe, taken during a curling event held by Horace Elgin Dodge on January 15, 1916. Forty men stand in the foreground, most holding curling brooms. Several curling stones are scattered among their feet. Many of the men wear Scottish tams. Horace Dodge's yacht, the NOKOMIS, is visible in the background on the right, beneath a cover for the winter. "Detroit Curling Club Guests of H.E. Dodge - Grosse Pt. Jan. 15th 1916," is printed along the bottom of the image. "Photo by Hal Wilson, 650 Mt. Elliott, Detroit," is printed in the lower right corner. The photo was previously framed with each subject numbered from 1 to 40 on the glass, going from the left to the right, however no key was included.

- Sepia-toned group portrait photograph taken of Helen Hall Newberry Joy and a group of women in gowns who attened her 30th wedding anniversary dinner for her marriage to Henry Bourne Joy. Elliott and Mark H. Gascoigne, First Battalion Chief John Kendall, Second Battalion Chief James C. Broderick, Third Battalion Chief William J. Gowan, Superintendent of Horses Allan. Armstrong, and Master Mechanic Francis Beaufait, as well as a photo of Detroit Fire Department Headquarters on the northeast corner of Wayne Street and Larned Street. Images of several pieces of firefighting equipment for a design surrounding the portrait of Battle, and the left edge of the image. A.G. - Mounted sepia-toned group portrait photograph of the firefighters of Hose Company No. 1 posed with their horse-drawn hose apparatus, in front of the entrance of the Detroit Fire Department Headquarters. Each man in identified through a handwritten caption beneath them. W. Heck sits on the driver's bench of the apparatus, holding the reigns of the two-horse team. F. Arnold, T. Drury, C. Walsh, and G.S. Goldwater stand lined up beside the apparatus. A relief over the door of the headquarters reads, "Fire Department Headquarters, 1882." Two large bay entrances to the building are also in the background. The bay doors for the one behind the Hose Company No. 1's apparatus are open. "Hose Co. No. One, Taken August 15th 1903." is handwritten in ink at the bottom center of the photo. The photo is mounted on grey mat board.

- Sepia-toned panoramic group portrait photo of the Detroit Police Department's Training School Class of January 1921. Seventy-six men pose in two rows, the front group on their knees, before the side of a large stone police station. Most men wear jackets and ties, aside from the uniformed police officer, presumably an instructor, in the back center. An inserted portrait of another uniformed officer is above the center of the image. Two addition men pose in the window of the building behind them. The caption below reads, "Detroit Police Department's Training School Class of Jan. 1921, Inspt. Fred Raymond in charge. Lt. Frost and Stg. Snowdon Instructors."
