- Railroad tracks at the Madison Avenue crossing where an accident occurred on 23 Nov 1937; photographs taken on 26 Nov 1937. The photograph is taken from the center of Madison Avenue, 50 feet south of the south rail of the eastbound track, looking north. The photograph shows several buildings, one with a sign for Spears Lumber Company at 1522 Madison S.E. Cars are parked on either side of the street. Electric lines are shown in the top half of the picture.

- New Watson building on site of Watson home at the corner of Sheldon and Fulton. Corner view of a low, spreading two-story building with large plate glass windows on the main level and equivalent triple or quadruple sash windows on the second level. The windows are separated by brick uprights, with white embossed medallions at the top of each upright. There are two rows of decorative work above the upper windows, and an urn-shaped finial above the corner entrance. The street scene includes several parked cars, three five-globe streetlights, a traffic light, and a policeman standing in the center of the intersection. On the left side of the image is a partial view of the Metz Building, and to the right an unidentified 6-story building. The top of the Shank Fireproof Storage Co. can be seen above the Watson building. A sign on one of the streetlights says “Cars do not stop here”.
