1302 Maplewood Dr.; Wood; Layher-Bondie

Notes:
South and east facades. Facing northwest; Two-and-one-half story cross-gabled frame Queen Anne house with decorative trim in the gables. Small gable with overhanging roof and spindles on west facade has square colored glass window which is underscored with a small balcony. The full front porch with solid brackets and pedimented entry sits on wooden supports. An open one-story porch is attached to the rear. A two story bay on the south facade is adorned with half-timbering, reminiscent of the Tudor style. Half-timbering appears as wooden bands on the first and second stories. Windows are tall and narrow. There are three chimneys; one chimney on the south facade pierces the roofline and gable. Foundation covered with brick.
