Notes:

East and north facades. Facing southwest.; Gable front Folk Victorian frame house with composition shingle siding rests on a cement block foundation. The full front porch has turned supports with decorative trim. The porch railing appears to have been added at a later date. There are bay windows on the west facade and a one-and-one-half story wing on the rear with enclosed porch. A handicap ramp attaches to the east facade.
