The specifications (Job 243) are bound in a booklet that has two brass fasteners at the top. The cover is made of light brown paper that has a cloth backing and includes handwritten text for the title. Printed text beneath the title shows the name, "Falkinburg & Miller, J. Lawson Miller Successor Architects." The cover interior and outside back cover have printed advertisements for many contractors, tradesmen, and building materials suppliers.
