Description:
One drawing that shows a profile view of an engine block. The drawing consists of black pencil on vellum paper and shows a full-size view of the side of a 4-cylinder engine block. A fan, belt, and generator can be seen on the left side of the block. A distributor with four wire leads to spark plugs can be seen near the top of the block. An internal view of part of the crankshaft is shown near the lower right area of the block. A handwritten note in red pencil near the lower right corner of the sheet shows "See also colored drawing cross section, overhead valves & camshaft; worm driven." The drawing is signed "6-20-16, [?]E., JSB [James Scripps Booth]" in pencil near the lower left corner of the sheet.
