Inscribed on photo back: 4-cylinder, 30-horsepower, 123.5-inch wheelbase, chassis, ready for body to be installed, 1908/1909 type radiator cap, head lamps of the type last in general use on 1908 models, 1909 type hooded & flared forward fenders, solid hood side panels, leather hood cross strap, one at gear & brake lever, rearward position of exhaust pipe, photographed at Packard Works, East Grand Blvd., Detroit, Mich.
