Fragment; Rome; Lamps; Glaze; Clay (unfired)

Notes:
Buff clay with brown glaze. Fragment of top of lamp. Plain rim. Nozzle seems to have extended across rim, small stamped circle at either side of base. Raised band set off by grooves about discus. On discus, eagle, wings spread, head turned to its right with conventional thunder bolt in claws. Small air hole in discus at base of nozzle.
