Notes:
North and east facades taken facing southwest; Side gabled, Colonial Revival style house. Two story side gabled section to west, with a one and a half story wing to the east. Wing has a gabled dormer in the center front, and a full width porch that is now enclosed. The north and east facades have identical rectangular bays on the first story. Each bay has a large single pane window with a narrow rectangular multipane, stained glass window above, and an area of decorative wood paneling above that. Remaining windows are primarily three vertical panes over one. Two and a half car, shed roof garage at rear.
